I'll be sending more information about the timeline once we get closer, but below is a rough outline:

Wed & Thurs, Jan 28 & 29

• Setup at the church will be Wednesday and Thursday evenings - let Chelsea know if you would like to assist.

Fri, Jan 30

• Rehearsal at 7pm (please arrive by 6:45pm) on Jan 30 if you are in the wedding party

  • You are welcome to bring your plus one, spouse, and kids.

• Jake and Chelsea will be a bit dressy, but you can wear casual or dressy. 

• Dinner after rehearsal - plus ones and family welcome!

Sat, Jan 31

• We will need help setting up the VFW in the morning, time tbd - possibly 8am, but if you are not able to help with this let us know. We cannot decorate at the hall before the day of because of the Muskrat dinner they are having the night before, so we will need help! There will be food.

• Church for getting ready photos

  • Girls @ TBD

  • Boys @ 10:30am

• Lunch

• Photos will start at 1pm

• Ceremony starts at 3pm

• Photos after ceremony

• Cocktail hour from 4pm-5pm (the wedding party won't be attending this)

• Wedding party entrance at about 5pm at the VFW

We are not doing a party bus, so please make sure someone Sober is driving if you plan to drink! 

Ask us questions if you have any, I may not have thought of something!

Bachelorette

When: Sat Jan 10th, starting at 11:30am, you're welcome to stay the night and continue celebrating until Sunday afternoon. Let me know if you don't plan to stay the night, otherwise I'll assume you are!

Family Night

As we will be merging our two families into one, we are inviting our families and friends over to our house on Jan 24th from 4pm-8pm to spend time together and eat dinner together (Loralei and Rory Gilmore style).

For the wedding attire, we are going to have all the guys wear these things:

• Black Dress Pants: You can wear any nice black dress pants you already have, or you can buy new ones. Please no tears or faded pants. 

• Black Dress Shoes: You can wear any nice black dress shoes you already have, or you can buy new ones. If you need suggestions, let us know. 

Please send us a picture of your shoes and pants you plan to wear, and let us know when you've received your shirt and suspenders so I can mark it on my list. (It'll help with knowing if I need to remind anyone) 

We will provide the Socks and Bow Tie!
